One Afternoon at Lujiazui Coffee Festival

Image
This is a new blog, which means it is about something that has just happened. Yesterday I went to the Lujiazui Coffee Festival. The area was teeming with crowds of people. However, the coffee packaging features illustrations of Western movie characters, such as Captain Jack Sparrow. KAWS:HOLIDAY in the North Bund

Image
In August, the KAWS:HOLIDAY show arrived at Shanghai's North Bund. I walked around and took several photos. Even on a busy workday, the bridge at Shanghai's North Bund was crowded with people, their cameras aimed at the impressive KAWS:HOLIDAY exhibition. The air buzzed with excitement as visitors captured images of the monumental art installation, momentarily forgetting the usual rush of their daily lives. Passing by the Confucian Temple

Image
Earlier this month, I found myself near the Confucian Temple, and with nothing pressing on my mind, I decided to wander in for a while. The temple is currently undergoing renovations, so there were only a few people inside. The midday sun in August was blazing and intense, making it even less likely for anyone to be around. At the entrance of a quaint little courtyard, some green plants were growing, along with a few vine-covered plants that looked like vegetables.
